To rebrand or not to rebrand? That is the question!

With everything that has happened over the last year, it might be time for your brand to change. Everything over the last year looks and feels different the way we live, work, shop and communicate have all gone through transformations. Below we will look at why rebranding might be a good idea for your business.

1) Your image is outdated. Have you had the same logo for 20 years?

2) Your company has a bad reputation.

3) You are moving to a new market or expanding.

4) You are under new management or ownership.

I remember when I was young my dad had one of the fist Mac computers. It had a tiny screen and I remember the rainbow Apple logo on the machine. I loved that logo because I was always fascinated by rainbows. You know... “R-O-Y-G-B-I-V”. I used to color code clothes like that before it was cool and before “The Home Edit”. When Steve Jobs returned to Apple, he did away with the rainbow and modernized the logo into the sleek metallic one you see today. The modern minimalistic logo aligns with their products. Apple is a cutting-edge company; their product packaging is the best I have ever seen, and the logo aligns with that!

I leave you with this. Think about what want your logo or brand to say about your company. Do you want it to say, “we are old and outdated” or “we are the best at what we do”!
